Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 6:00 pm in consideration of a proposed amendment to the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Ponds, Sand Mining, Excavations and Site Plan Review.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Comments should be received no later than March 27.
