PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. (immediately following the Annual Meeting), the Township Board of the Township of Dalton will hold a public hearing at the Township Hall, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Road, Muskegon, Michigan, to hear and consider comments regarding the proposed Township budget for the April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 fiscal year. A copy of the budget will be available for public inspection at the Township Hall prior to the hearing.
The property tax millage rates proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.*
This notice is given pursuant at Act 43 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1963 (Second Extra Session), as amended.
