Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 6:00 pm in consideration of the following item:

  • A request by James and Stephanie Holes at 1127 Pine Ave for a dimensional variance of 12 ft from Section 9.5.E.a. If granted the variance would allow the applicant to construct a house 48 feet from the ordinary high watermark of Goose Egg Lake instead of 60 feet as required by the zoning ordinance.

A copy of the variance application and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E.
