Minimum Bid of $220,575.00
All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Land Bid”. Also, because this is over 10 acres the board requires proposals for use of the property to accompany the bid. If you have a proposal in at the office before July 3rd 2024 I can include that information in the publicly available board packet for the board to review. All bids must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. July 8th, 2024 at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 East Riley Thompson Road, Muskegon, MI 49445. Bids will be opened July 8th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. during the regularly scheduled Dalton Township Board meeting.
Maps are available at the Township Hall. No contingencies. Buy/Sell Agreement must be signed within 30 days of bid acceptance.
In the best interest of the Township, Dalton Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
