Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 in consideration of the following request:

A request by Wendy Jo Jesko for a dimensional variance at parcel 61-07-033-400-0006-30 which is vacant land on Roberts Rd. This is a variance of 1 ft from the requirements of Section 4.12(F) of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance which requires a minimum roof pitch of 4 ft of rise for each 12 ft of run on a double pitched roof. If approved, this variance would permit a dwelling with a roof pitch of 3 ft or rise for each 12 ft of run.

The application materials, and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator at 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information.
