NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
DALTON TOWNSHIP
PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following items:
- Special Land Use Application for Commercial Stump Grinding, Greenhouse, and Recreation Facility at 270 W Riley Thompson Rd.
- Special Land Use Application to construct and establish a private road on Parcel 61-07-033-300-0003-01 which is vacant land on W River Rd.
- Application to amend the zoning district at 3220 Holton Rd from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial to AG/RC Agricultural Resource Conservation.
The application materials, and Zoning Ordinance are available for review at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission.
