NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

DALTON TOWNSHIP

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

The Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445 on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:00pm in consideration of a request for dimensional variances at 2753 Duff Rd from the requirements of Section 9.5 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the required setbacks for a principal building.

The application and Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review at Dalton Township Hall 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445. Please call 231-332-6706 for further information. Written comments can be sent to Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals at the above address or via email to zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org prior to the hearing.
