Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 in consideration of the following request:
A zoning district amendment application to change the zoning district for Parcel 61-07-635-000-0001-00, from D-1 Industrial to PUD Planned Unit Development. This includes consideration of the preliminary concept plan.
The application materials, and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator at 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information. Written comments may be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received no later than July 3, 2024.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
