Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following item:
- Special Land Use Application at 350 W. Riley Thompson Rd to amend the special land use permit for Thunderbird Raceway to allow for concessions sales and extend racing hours until 12:00 am midnight as needed.
The public application materials that were submitted for this request are available for review at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, or by calling (231) 332-6706. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission. Written comments may also sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received no later than February 27, 2023.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
