DALTON TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF ADOPTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting held on November 10, 2025 the Dalton Township Board of Trustees adopted Ordinance 2025-04, an ordinance to amend the zoning district of 3220 Holton Rd from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial to AG/RC Agricultural Resource Conservation.

The complete text of this ordinance are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday – Thursday. This ordinances shall be effective seven days following this publication.
