NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DALTON TOWNSHIP
PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 30 2026, at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following items:
  • An amendment to the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to accessory buildings.
  • A Special Land Use Application for a wireless communications tower and ground support structures at parcel 61-07-017-100-0003-00, which is vacant land on Automobile Rd.
The text of the proposed ordinance amendment, the special land use application materials, and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearings and may offer comments to the planning commission.
