NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445 on Monday, April 20 2026 at 6:00pm in consideration of the following requests:
- Request for dimensional variances at 1130 W Bard, Parcel 61-07-019-300-0022-00, from the requirements of Section 6.5 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the minimum lot area, minimum lot width, and minimum principal building setbacks.
- A dimensional variance at 3976 Beattie Rd from the requirements of Section 5.5 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the maximum permitted height for accessory buildings.
The application materials and the Zoning Ordinance are available in the office of the Zoning Administrator at the above address between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday thru Thursday. Written comments can be sent to Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals at the above address or via email to zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org prior to the hearing.
