NOTICE OF ADOPTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at their regular meeting held on February 9, 2026, the Dalton Township Board of Trustees adopted the following ordinances:
  • Ordinance 2026-01, an ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance for woodshops and accessory buildings.
  • Ordinance 2026-02, an ordinance to change the zoning district of 5948 Holton Rd from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial to R-2 Medium Density Residential.
  • Ordinance 2026-03, an ordinance to amend the Uniform Water Rate Ordinance.
The complete texts of the preceding ordinances are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday – Thursday. These ordinances shall be effective February 23, 2026.
