NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following:
- A proposed amendment to the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance which pertains to woodshops and accessory buildings on corner lots.
- A proposed zoning district amendment to rezone the property at 5948 Holton Rd from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial to R-2 Medium Density Residential.
- A special land use application to construct and establish a mini golf course (public park) at 5839 Holton Rd
The documentation pertaining to the above-mentioned proposals, and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearings and may offer comments to the planning commission.
