NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445 on Wednesday, January 21 2026 at 6:00pm in consideration of a request for dimensional variances at 232 E Bard from the requirements of Section 15.9 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the permitted size, number and placement of wall signs.

The application materials and the Zoning Ordinance are available in the office of the Zoning Administrator at the above address between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday thru Thursday. Written comments can be sent to Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals at the above address or via email to zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org prior to the hearing.
