Please be advised that Dalton Township is accepting sealed bids on the following described property:

Township of Dalton

Minimum Bid of $5000.00.   

All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Land Bid 2025-03”. All bids must be received no later than 5:30 p.m. August 11th, 2025 at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 East Riley Thompson Road, Muskegon, MI 49445. Bids will be opened August 11th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. during the regularly scheduled Dalton Township Board meeting.

Maps are available at the Township Hall. No contingencies. Buy/Sell Agreement must be signed within 30 days of bid acceptance.

In the best interest of the Township, Dalton Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
