PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 in consideration of the following items:

  • Application for a special land use permit at 2210 Whitehall Rd, parcel 61-07-031-400-0016-00 for wholesale warehousing.
  • Application for a Special land use permit at 2566 Whitehall Rd, parcel 61-07-031-400-0003-00 to establish and construct 4 private roads which will service a proposed site condominium.

The application materials and Zoning Ordinance are available for review at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission. Written comments may also be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received prior to the meeting. The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
