ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

The Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445 on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 6:00pm in consideration of a request for dimensional variances at 1232 Park Ave (parcels 61-07-003-100-0013-00, and 61-07-003-100-0013-01) from the requirements of Sections 4.2 and 9.5 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the permitted size, number, and placement of accessory buildings.

The application and Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review at Dalton Township Hall 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445. Please call 231-332-6706 for further information. Written comments can be sent to Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals at the above address or via email to zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org prior to the hearing.
