NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DALTON TOWNSHIP
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445 on August 7, 2023 at 6:00pm in consideration the following:
A request by Matt Ambrose and Corey Johnson for a dimensional variance at 6438 Lake Rd. This is a variance of 4.2 ft from the requirements of Section 9.5.D.1 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance which requires a maximum principal building height of 30 ft. If approved, this variance would permit a principal building with a height of 34.2 ft.
The application materials and the Zoning Ordinance are available in the office of the Zoning Administrator at the above address between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday thru Thursday. Please call 231-332-6706 for further information. Written comments can be sent to Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals at the above address or zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received no later than August 3.
