PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 in consideration of a zoning district amendment for Parcel 61-07-012-300-0011-01, and Parcel 61-07-012-300-0011-10 to change the zoning district from C-2 Regional Commercial to R-1 Low Density Residential.
The application materials and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator at 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information. Written comments may be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Comments should be received no later than December 18, 2023.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
