Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 in consideration of the following:

  • An amendment to the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Units, Flag Lots, and Minimum Dwelling Requirements.
  • A Special Land Use permit at 835 E Bard Rd, and Parcel Number 61-07-028-200-0003-00 for a special events venue.

The proposed ordinance, special land use application, and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator at 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information.
