NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DALTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

 

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 in consideration of the following:

  • An amendment to the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Childcare Group Homes.
  • A zoning district amendment application to change the zoning district for 743 W Tyler Rd from C-1 Local Commercial to R-1 Low Density Residential.

The proposed ordinance, rezoning application, and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator at 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information. Written comments may be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Comments should be received no later than July 24, 2023.

The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
