NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DALTON TOWNSHIP
PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following items:
- A zoning district amendment application to change the zoning district for 2987 Pillon Rd, parcel 61-07-035-100-0002-00, and parcel 61-07-035-100-0002-30 from R-1 Low Density Residential to AG/RC Agricultural Resource Conservation.
- Proposed amendment to Section 4.12 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance which would eliminate the minimum roof pitch requirement.
The application materials, proposed ordinance amendment, and Zoning Ordinance are available for review at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission.
