NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DALTON TOWNSHIP
PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following items:
- A zoning district amendment application to change the zoning district for 4261 Whitehall Rd (parcel 61-07-019-100-0017-10), Parcel 61-07-019-100-0017-20, and parcel 61-07-019-100-0018-00 from R-1 Low Density Residential to C-2 Regional Commercial.
- Application for a Special Land Use permit at 3170 Whitehall Rd for mini-warehousing, self storage units.
The application materials and Zoning Ordinance are available for review at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission. Written comments may also sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received no later than July 29, 2024. The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
