All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Land Bid- A”. All bids must be received no later than 4:30 p.m.
November 14, 2022 at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 East Riley Thompson Road, Muskegon, MI 49445.
Bids will be opened November 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. during the regularly scheduled Dalton Township Board meeting.
Maps are available at the Township Hall. No contingencies. Buy/Sell Agreement must be signed within 30 days of bid acceptance.
In the best interest of the Township, Dalton Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
